1. Acceptance of Terms
You attest that you have read, comprehended, and accepted these terms and conditions by registering for an account and using the Khelostar platform. Please do not use our services if you disagree with any of the content.
2. Compliance & Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old and legally allowed to use online gaming services in your jurisdiction. Understanding this local laws is your responsibility. Khelostar has the right to block access from restricted areas and to check your eligibility at any time.
3. Account Registration & Security
- Accurate Information: During the sign-up, you must provide complete and accurate information to avoid any further issue. You must provide complete and truthful information during sign‑up, and update any changes promptly.
- One Account Rule: You can only have one account per one mail, multiple accounts under same mail is not possible.
- Security: It is your responsibility to safeguard your passwords and not share it with someone else.
Khelostar has all the right to suspend your account if you do not follow any of these rules.
4. Transactions: Withdrawals and Deposits
- UPI and bank transfers are among the various payment methods that Khelostar accepts.
- All the transactions on the platform are handled in Indian rupees, with deposits starting at ₹101 and withdrawals at ₹1000.
- In some cases withdrawal process takes longer time depending on the amount you wish to withdraw. In some cases, it will require the extra verification.
5. Engagement Rules
- Once confirmed, all plays and commitments are final and cannot be cancelled.
- Khelostar maintains the right to restrict or deny access or transactions at any moment.
- Payouts or credits will be made in accordance with the platform’s current terms; token or credit values are subject to change.
- Khelostar has the final say over whether to settle or cancel commitments in the event of event cancellations or postponements.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
- There are conditions attached to offers, such as wagering or usage requirements.
- Reward forfeiture, account suspension, or termination may result from misuse or attempts to manipulate promotions (such as bonus abuse).
- Any offer may be modified, suspended, or terminated by Khelostar at any time and without prior notice.
7. Responsible Engagement
- Khelostar has the final say over whether to settle or cancel commitments in the event of event cancellations or postponements.
- Khelostar keeps a responsible-gaming policy in place to help stop negative patterns of behaviour.
8. Behaviour of Users
You agree not to:
- Break any rules or laws.
- Give misleading information or alter the platform.
- Engage in fraudulent activities or use unapproved software.
- Use the platform to harass or threaten other people.
- Launder money or commit crimes.
- Account suspension or permanent closure may result from violations.
9. Property Rights
All the trademarks, logos, designs, and content is own by the Khelostar or its licensors. It is not allowed to distribute, use or reproduce anything without written orders.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Any disagreements will first be resolved amicably by Khelostar’s team.
- Unresolved issues must abide by local laws in the operating country and may go to mediation.
11. Modifications to the Terms
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time by Khelostar. Your acceptance is implied if you continue to use the updates.
12. Entire Agreement
Any previous discussions between you and Khelostar are superseded by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the AML/KYC Policy, and other pertinent documents.
